Typical instructions for use:
1: Open jar.
2: Scoop a pea sized amount (0.6g) onto the spatula provided.
3: apply externally to point of discomfort and rub in until fully absorbed.
4: Replace cap and store jar at room temperature, upright in original packaging,
in a dry place away from light and reach of children.
5: Rinse spatula under tap water and allow to dry between uses.
