These terms, together with any entry information and/or additional terms and conditions specified by CannaPlus+ (Terms) apply to each of these competitions (Competition or Competitions). These Terms are a contract between each entrant (you) and CannaPlus+.

Terms and Conditions for Competition 1: “Refer a friend”

1. Timing: The Competition commences on 1st August 2024 at 12:01am, and ends at 31st August 2024 11:59pm (Competition Period). If your entry is received outside of this period you may be disqualified.
2. Prize: The prize(s) for the Competition (Prize) are not transferable or redeemable for cash. Where a Prize or any component of a Prize consists of an account credit, this credit can be used towards the purchase of any Consultation(s), Vaporizer, or Vaporizer Accessories from CannaPlus+. Due to New Zealand law this credit cannot be used towards the purchase of medication. CannaPlus+ makes no warranties about the prize (including as to its quality or fitness for purpose).
3. Expiry: Any unused account credits will expire 12 months after the Competition closes, on 1st September 2025.
4. Who may enter: This Competition is open to all patients whose initial appointment with a CannaPlus+ doctor was on or before 1st August 2024, and who comply with these Terms.
5. How to enter: If you, or the New Patient you refer to CannaPlus+, do not follow the entry instructions specified by CannaPlus+, you may be disqualified. Incomplete or late entries may not be accepted. Generally, entries may not be modified after submission.
6. Number of entries: One entry will be provided to the Competition for each new patient who puts your full name on their New Patient Intake Form prior to 31^st August 2024 11:59pm. Multiple entries will be accepted if multiple friends are referred. Each New Patient can only provide one name as the person who referred them.
7. Winner: The winner of the prize will be drawn randomly from one prize pool comprising all valid entries received during the Competition Period. Where there are multiple prizes, or multiple Competitions running during the same Competition Period, entrants will not win more than one prize.
8. Contacting the winner: The winner of the Competition will be drawn within one week of the end of the Competition Period. CannaPlus+ will take reasonable steps to contact the winner by using the contact details provided at the time of entry. If CannaPlus+ cannot contact a winner within one week after the winner is drawn, or if the winner is otherwise unable to accept the prize, then the winner will forfeit the prize and CannaPlus+ may select a new winner.
9. Publicity: By entering the Competition, you agree that CannaPlus+ is not required to compensate you for any use of your name for promotional purposes related to this Competition. CannaPlus+ will request written approval from you prior to any use of your name. Choosing not to allow publication of your name does not form grounds to invalidate your entry.
10. Privacy: CannaPlus+ may collect and use personal information about you (including your name, contact details, and any other personal information you provide in connection with your entry) for the purpose of administering the Competition, verifying the validity of entries, contacting winners and checking winners’ identities, and marketing the goods and services of CannaPlus+ to you. As certain information is required for us to run the Competition effectively, if you do not provide accurate information where we request, you may be disqualified from the Competition. CannaPlus+ will collect, use and hold your information in accordance with our legal obligations, including under the Privacy Act 2020. In order to request access to or correction of your personal information please contact the CannaPlus+ Privacy Officer at info@cannaplus.co.nz (subject: Attention Privacy Officer).
11. Liability: Subject to any applicable law that cannot be excluded, CannaPlus+ and its employees and agents will not be liable for any loss or damage (whether in contract, tort (including negligence), under statute, equity or otherwise in connection with the Competition or the prize(s)). Without limiting the previous sentence, CannaPlus+ is not responsible for any late, misdirected or incorrectly completed entries, or any technical malfunction, delay or loss of data that occurs in the course of the administration of the Competition, however caused.
12. General: CannaPlus+’s decisions regarding the Competition are final and no correspondence will be entered into. CannaPlus+ may change these Terms at any time. If CannaPlus+ cannot reasonably run the Competition as planned for any reason, CannaPlus+ may cancel this Competition.

Terms and Conditions for Competition 2: ” Book your next consult or collect your prescription”

   One further entry will be provided to the Competition if you pay for a Prescription Medication at the CannaPlus+ Dispensary during the Competition Period. Paying for multiple Prescription Medications does not result in multiple entries to the Competition.
   Each patient can receive a maximum of two entries to the Competition, if they both book an appointment and pay for a Prescription at the CannaPlus+ Dispensary during the Competition Period.
