Travel Letter

$39.00

For existing patients who are travelling internationally with their medication.

Please note:

  • Travel letters are only relevant for certain jurisdictions.
  • We encourage you to research the legality of travelling with your medication to your destination.
  • Ensure you comply with the laws of all locations you’ll be travelling to, including any temporary stops and layovers.

HR Letter

$39.00

For existing patients whose employer has requested details of their prescription.

HR letters provide:

  • Information regarding medicinal cannabis in the workplace
  • Legality of Medicinal cannabis and impairment.
  • Driving restrictions/instructions.

Prescription Change Fee

$25.00

For existing patients whose prescriptions need to be rewritten.

  • Typically, this fee applies where a prescription is sent to Pharmacy A, but repeats are requested to be dispensed from Pharmacy B.
  • Due to the way ePrescriptions work in NZ, this requires the prescription to be recreated, so a fee applies to cover the doctor’s time.
  • This fee also applies for recreating expired Controlled Drug prescriptions.
