Gift Cards

**Gift Card Terms and Conditions**

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to the purchase, use, and redemption of the $25 gift card (“Gift Card”) issued by CannaPlus+ (“Company”). By purchasing, using, or attempting to redeem the Gift Card, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

**1. Non-Refundable:** The Gift Card is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit, in whole or in part, and cannot be returned or resold.

**2. Expiration:** The Gift Card is valid for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. After the expiration date, the Gift Card will become void, and any remaining balance will be forfeited.

**3. Use Limitation:** The Gift Card can only be used to purchase services and non-medical products offered by CannaPlus+ It cannot be used to purchase any products or medicines that require a prescription.

**4. Redemption:** To redeem the Gift Card, present it at the time of purchase either physically or by providing the unique code associated with the card. The available balance will be applied toward the total cost of eligible services and products. If the total cost exceeds the Gift Card balance, the remaining amount must be paid using another accepted payment method.

**5. No Replacement for Lost or Stolen Cards:** Lost, stolen, or damaged Gift Cards will not be replaced or refunded. The recipient is responsible for the security of the Gift Card.

**6. Combining Gift Cards:** Multiple Gift Cards can be combined for a single transaction.

**7. Non-Transfer of Balance:** Gift Card balances cannot be transferred to another Gift Card or another account.

**8. Non-Redeemable for Cash:** The Gift Card cannot be redeemed for cash or credit, unless required by law.

**9. No Expiration Extension:** The expiration date of the Gift Card cannot be extended under any circumstances.

**10. Governing Law:** These Terms and any disputes arising from or relating to the Gift Card shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand without regard to its conflict of law principles.

**11. Changes to Terms:** The Company reserves the right to change these Terms at any time, without notice. The most recent version of the Terms will be available on the Company’s website.

**12. Limitation of Liability:** To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or liabilities arising from the purchase, use, or inability to use the Gift Card.
