Lauren graduated from Medical School in Otago in 1999 and is a fellow of the Royal College of General Practice. She has enjoyed over 14 years of experience as a GP in Auckland.
Lauren is passionate about helping patients achieve balance and harmony in their lives and feels both humbled and grateful to be a healthcare practitioner in Aotearoa, to have the opportunity to listen to the stories of her patients, and practice with empathy and care.
Lauren has a particular interest in mental health and sleep quality and has had additional training and experience in women’s health, having gained her diploma in Sexual and Reproductive Health
