Dr Nicky Baillie

Dr Nicky grew up in rural New Zealand and is proud to call this beautiful country home. She graduated from Auckland Medical School and has spent over 25 years working in clinical practice as an Integrative GP. She developed curiosity about holistic approaches early in her medical career, especially the ancient tradition of herbal medicine, and went on to complete a Diploma in Herbal Medicine in 1996. She furthered her studies in the area of Mind-Body Medicine, completing a Diploma in Integrative Psychology in 2008. Over the years she has gathered extensive experience supporting patients using a combination of conventional medicine with herbal, nutritional, and mind-body medicine. Being able to support patients with the many potential benefits medicinal cannabis can offer is a natural extension of her work with plant medicines.
Dr Nicky has a special interest in women’s health, mental health, sleep issues, chronic pain and supporting people living with cancer.
She has great respect for the wisdom of our bodies and the innate impulse towards healing. She works in a respectful and collaborative way to empower people to make the changes needed for optimal health.
